The school we worked alongside, had tried all mainstream leadership and performance enhancing programs with no success. Whilst working alongside teachers in the Queensland Department of Education, over 3 months, the Head of Literacy credited our Expect to Win programme with improving literacy levels in the school from a 4.2/9 average up to a 7/9 average by improving the culture, belief in and engagement with, the teachers and the students.


Two thirds of the teachers, within the Expect to Win 3-month programme, also secured promotions in the following year.
